Do you know what your clients really want? How can you make sure your app is providing your clients the best experience when interacting with your company, product or services?

Together with AXA we invited to WeSpace for an event to introduce, how Customer Experience (CX) is applied at AXA and how you can learn for your own app. After introducing the company, the CX & UX Team provided more information about CX in a nutshell. The team members talked about what CX is and how it can be applied. Soon it was clear, CX has lots to do with triggering emotions. After this overview the workshop attendees were then thrown into the cold water and had the great opportunity to create their own prototype of a login page. In groups of 4 and with the support of the experienced designers, ideas, preferences and experiences were shared and discussed to propose, how an AXA client would like to see a landing page of the app.

The proposals were then shared in plenum in form of 2 minute pitches, quite a challenging task to put so many great ideas into such a short presentation.

Before we headed to the networking part of the evening, AXA showed how they would now proceed with these prototypes and answered more questions from the participants.

The evening ended with chatting with other participants, getting to know AXA and how it is to work there as well as talking about job opportunities.

And what did the attendees say about the event?

“Habe ein komplett anderes Bild von der Axa; nicht nur als guter Dienstleister, sondern auch als interessanter Arbeitgeber”

” Sehr gut organisiert, sehr gute Referenten von AXA, spannendes Zukunftsthema; Gruppenarbeit hat Spass gemacht; hat mich selbst sehr motiviert”
